I'll be perfectly honest, I was DREADING week 2. The rules for this week were only real beverages, meaning coffee, tea, and water. 1 cup of 100% juice was allowed for the week and red wine was allowed in moderation. The real trick was that you could only sweeten these drinks with pure honey or pure maple syrup.
Now, I normally drink unsweet tea and water, s no biggie there...but I had to cut out the creamer in my coffee and THAT was no easy. I love my Fat Free Hazelnut creamer. Then i discovered half & half has less than 5 ingredients so I decided it was allowed.
And the world is right again. ;o)
